During my stay over Christmas, I appreciated the friendly staff who went out of their way to provide good customer service. Their pick-up and drop-off service was also efficient and prompt, ensuring that I reached my destination on time. the hotel's location was conveniently situated near popular tourist attractions.
They were not properly cleaned, and the amenities were quite old and outdated. some services that were promised to me, such as complimentary items, were not delivered as expected.

Really enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. the price was reasonable and the room provided all of the amenities we were looking for. the location was central, making it very easy to explore nearby attractions. we were able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast and on-site dining options which offered a variety of delicious dishes.
The service provided by the hotel's staff. They were not very friendly or accommodating, which made us feel unwelcome at times.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is close to the Balganga. the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing taxi service for transportation.
